25 year old Eloise Schwerdt has worked under Skye Gyngell in the kitchens of the Michelin starred Petersham Nurseries for the past two
years. She’s now working on a new food project with Skye that will launch later this year, but in the meantime has chosen The Cuckoo Club for her latest project. For £45 per person (excluding beverages), guests will receive a three-course set-menu dinner, made from sustainable ingredients sourced from the same suppliers as Petersham Nurseries, including heritage tomatoes with goats curd, zartar, purple basil and bruschetta to start, fillet of beef with roasted beetroots for main, and baklava ice cream with pistachios and viola flowers for dessert.
