This November, Bianco43, the Italian restaurant group specialising in traditional Italian pizzas and wine, will be launching its fourth London location in Croydon.
Co-owners Fabrizio Margarita and Massimo Parodi’s restaurants serve Londoners a genuine taste of Italy by bringing in carefully selected ingredients directly from specific regions of their homeland.
Diners will be able to choose from an impressive range of Neapolitan pizzas, from the traditional Margherita, the Rucola Crudo E Pachino (cherry tomato, parma ham, rocket and mozzarella) to a vegetarian favourite, the Vegetariana, (aubergines, mushrooms, courgettes, italian broccoli and mozzarella). All of Bianco43’s pizzas are cooked in the traditional wood fired oven, with temperatures reaching 500 degrees. Each pizza is cooked for only 70-90 seconds, in order to maintain the freshness and intensity of the flavours.
Bianco43 also offers antipasti starters, which include Calamari E Zucchine Fritte (fried squid and fried courgettes served with tartare sauce) and Tagliere Del Contadino which is a selection of Italian cured meats.
If you don’t fancy pizza, you can also choose from a selection of other Italian delights such as Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina (homemade gnocchi oven baked in tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmigiano and fresh basil), Filetto Di Branzino, (seabass fillet with fresh cherry tomato and baked potatoes), and the Bistecca Di Manzo (rib-eye steak cooked to your liking and served with a wild rocket salad).
Desserts include Torta con Crema al Cioccolato, homemade cake with chocolate cream and homemade Profiteroles.
All wines featured on the menu are authentic Italian blends carefully selected from various Italian wine regions and guaranteed to whet your palette.
Bianco43 Croydon will be open from Monday to Friday for dinner, while on the weekends Londoners will be spoilt for choice over the lunch and dinner menu.
Amongst the fourth venture from the Italian duo, Bianco43 can also be found in other areas of London such as Trafalgar Square, Greenwich and Blackheath.
Co-founder Fabrizio Margarita notes “We are very excited to launch our fourth London site. We want to recreate the same atmosphere that we achieved at our other sites where our customers enjoy delicious Italian food in a comfortable and relaxed setting.”

Notes to Editors
Massimo and Fabrizio both moved to the UK to pursue their dreams of opening an authentic Italian restaurant. Fabrizio, who was born in Naples, worked at his father’s cheese factory supplying top restaurants around the world with buffalo mozzarella from the region. When he moved to London he opened the successful restaurant, Osteria del Mercato in Leadenhall Market. Massimo was born in Rome and spent 10 years working in the city before launching the first Bianco43 in Greenwich with co-owner Fabrizio.
