Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and collaborate with some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the business. As an integrated marketing agency, we shape strategies across the marketing mix for a diverse range of clients. As the Client Services Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our campaigns and ensuring outstanding results for our clients.

Key Desired Skills and Responsibilities

As the Client Services Director, we expect you to:

  • Develop and implement innovative and integrated marketing strategies

  • Lead a team of client services professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding theirbusiness objectives and providing strategic guidance
  • Drive the growth and profitability of client accounts
  • Create compelling and commercially sound fully integrated campaigns that deliverexceptional results and attract new customers
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights todrive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, press and social, to ensureseamless execution of campaigns
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive culture within the agency, promoting equality and belonging

The Successful Applicant

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a Group Account Director or Client Services Director within

    an integrated marketing agency

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing fully integrated marketingcampaigns that achieve measurable results
  • An understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, leveraging data andinsights to drive campaign effectiveness
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build andmaintain strong client relationships
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to solve complex challenges

  • A passion for the hospitality industry and an understanding of its nuances and trends
  • Flexibility to work remotely and travel for client meetings and agency collaboration
