We represent some of the most established and successful restaurant brands in the business including Harrods and Pizza Pilgrims, alongside a range of up-and-coming independents, helping them with their communications strategy across all touch points in the marketing mix. 

Our primary services are PR, social media management, digital marketing and local marketing, all underpinned by a strong creative division that offers in-house photography, videography and graphic design.

Due to several exciting new wins, we’re looking for a full-time Senior Account Manager to join our team. First and foremost, experience in the consumer lifestyle sector is essential, with an interest in hospitality and the London foodie scene. The position will see candidates working on a collection of our restaurant projects – both groups and individual sites – managing team members and delivering on campaign plans, which usually involves a combination of services. An experienced marketer who is extremely organised and confident in managing both clients and team members, being comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment where multi-tasking is second nature is essential. Whether coming from a PR, social media, or marketing background, this role requires a solid understanding of the entire marketing mix and how our different services work in tandem. A great team player who is detail-oriented with a drive to achieve goals while nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships, you will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brands and work closely with clients to understand their needs. Excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills are a must.  

As well as leading on client accounts, you’ll play a pivotal role in the agency, encompassing but not limited to:   


  • Confidently managing client comms, leading meetings, managing account teams and delivering quarterly campaign plans and subsequent reports 
  • Project managing every element of a full-service account from social to press and influencer to digital marketing  
  • Ideation and ownership of campaign plans  
  • Lead client contact day-to-day; be highly visible and deliver a fast response on all conversations 
  • Develop a strong relationship with clients built on expertise, confidence, trust, enthusiasm, and understanding of their brand – this is a client facing role with day-to-day contact to be expected 
  • Keeping clients up-to-date with relevant reports such as competitive insight, industry news and marketing trends
