Chef Chumphol

To celebrate one of Patara’s top chefs, Chumpol Jangprai (a bit of a TV star in his native Thailand), being in town for Taste of London, the restaurants are hosting a series of special dinners.


Chef Chumpol has created a menu that highlights the best Patara has to offer which he will be cooking at all four restaurants over the coming days. Dishes include pan fried Corish crab cake with aromatic galangal and honey English mustard, slowly braised Welsh lamb with Thai massman curry, shallots, Jerusalem artichoke and coriander puree and warm chocolate chilli tart with rhubarb and coconut compote.

We were lucky enough to try Chef Chumpol’s cooking last night and bloody marvellous it was too!

The menus will be available on the following dates:
