We’re excited to be hosting the official press party next week for the launch of new Tel Aviv inspired eatery and bar, Sarona, as part of our integrated food PR campaign. Based in Clerkenwell, Sarona brings the flavours and buzz of Tel Aviv straight to the heart of east London. The menu includes seasonally changing Tel Aviv inspired delights, such as crispy cauliflower with amba, Hawayej roast lamb shoulder shakshuka, chargrilled schug spiced tuna, the signature Sarona trio of chillies and staples including home-made hummus, chopped grilled aubergine, and more.
A press party is a really important element to any food PR campaign, as journalists and bloggers get the chance to sample the menu and ambience in a relaxed and fun setting. It’s also a great way to celebrate the opening for the founders or owners! In Sarona’s case, this would be Dan, Stuart and Andre who were all inspired by their love of coming together to break bread and by the food Dan grew up with in Israel. All three of them are really looking forward to introducing everyone to Sarona next week.
Alongside showing off the menu as canapés, the night will include sampling a selection of Sarona’s drinks. The offer a number of independently sourced drinks, including Tishbi Israeli wine, and craft beers from Jerusalem favourite Beer Bazaar. Additionally, to set the party atmosphere, the DJ in residence at Sexy Fish and Nobu will be on hand. It’s set to be a great evening!
