Grouse

Me:Mo Interactive client Geronimo Inns have created two delicious grouse dishes to celebrate the Glorious 12th – aka the start of the shooting season.  The Prince Albert in Battersea, The Phoenix in Chelsea and The Oyster Shed in the City will all be serving a roasted grouse dish with a grouse liver pate on toast accompanied by light jus, game chips and watercress and The Builder’s Arms in Chelsea will serve grouse breast stuffed with apple, foie gras and minced veal with a grouse and potato croquette and grouse syrup starting from 14th August.  The dishes have also received some great press including Evening Standard, Square Meal and Foodepedia.
