On Wednesday Me:Mo hosted a press baking class at Le Pain Quotidien Borough Market. Lead by Didier, their master baker, we had eight attendees, each learning how to bake Five Seeds Sourdough Bread and Savarin Cake!

It was a great success, giving journalists the chance to fully immerse themselves, and appreciate what Le Pain Quotidien is all about. With more baking classes occurring over the coming months we hope to be able to host the members of the press who sadly weren’t able to make this event.
