The summer heat may have died but the press team here at Me:Mo where on fire this month (cringe!). Another superb month of press – and as ever below are just a few highlights:

This month Michelin starred restaurant Galvin at Windows on the 28th Floor of London Hilton on Park Lane ran a special Korean menu and photography exhibition – Korean Wave – in collaboration with the Korean Tourism Organisation.

Designed by head chef Joo Won, who hails from South Korea, the menu included dishes such as Raw Orkney scallops, soy bean purée, confit ginger & peanuts, Seared foie gras, toasted brioche, mushrooms fricassée & kimchi Soju and Iberico pork bulgogi, barbequed chilli squid & cucumber. Press coverage included LBC London Radio, Foodism, Samphire and Salsify, The Telegraph, Spears Wealth Management, London Foodie and Metro.

October also the launch of PizzaStorm, in Wandsworth and Newcastle. The first of its kind in both areas, PizzaStorm is an exciting new concept, offering fast, fresh, and most importantly custom-made 11 inch stone-baked pizzas in super-quick time using a 900 degree oven. The restaurant offers over 50 unlimited toppings to choose from, which equates to over a million different combinations.Opening press coverage included Metro, Propel Morning Briefing, Hot Dinners, Evening Standard, Wandsworth Guardian, SW Londoner, I Love Newcastle and Newcastle Gateshead.

This month Me:Mo also hosted a number of different press events, including a dinner at fine dining Indian restaurant, Darbaar, in the city, to celebrate their new menu. Press who attended included ITV, Jamie Magazine, Square Mile, The Code, Great British Chefs, Good Morning Britain and Bon Vivant. Shoryu Ramen, the Japaense restaurant group with 5 sites in London, also raised a glass to National Sake Day by hosting a sake dinner at their Soho branch. Press included All In London, BuzzFeed, COACH, Imbibe, Metro, Foodepedia and BBC Good Food.
