We’ve been busy over at Me:Mo towers of late, planning a restaurant launch for Cocotte. With one site currently, in Notting Hill, they enlisted us as their PR agency to launch the new site in Hoxton.
I’m sure you’re wondering, how does a PR agency handle a restaurant launch? Over the last month we’ve worked with the Cocotte internal team to create press materials giving details of the new restaurant, before writing up to share with various different journalists at newspapers, magazines, websites, as well as talking to trusty bloggers.
As well as telling the world about the new restaurant launch, we are running a special press night to debut the menu to journalists. It’s really important that they come and see the restaurant and try the food for themselves if we want them to write about us!
Cocotte Hoxton will be at 8 Hoxton Square from 23rd April. Cocotte is a French farm-to-table rotisserie restaurant serving fresh, healthy and delicious rotisserie chicken. Their free range chickens are marinated in Cocotte’s secret recipes of herbs and spices for 24 hours before being slow cooked on a rotisserie spit. Alongside their chicken, they offer a range of seven home-made sauces – each designed to perfectly pair with the chicken. Salads, veggies, and various sumptuous potato dishes are on the menu as well as truffled mac and cheese which is a must have! The full Cocotte menu can be seen on their website.
