#LupitaLoves on Restaurant Social Media 

Lupita is celebrating ‘El Día del Amor y la Amistad’, which translates to the day of love and friendship. Love was in the air at Lupita restaurants for Valentine’s Day last week! With free churros giveaways when guests signed up to the newsletter, lots of HOT dishes to get hearts racing and a rather special cocktail made especially for the day, all communicated through our restaurant social media strategy.

Spanish is the language of love, and Lupita restaurants is perfect for sparking romance. The Lupita chili icon is dotted around the menu 🌶, with dishes to get the heart race up and endorphins pumping – the prawn and cheese ‘Gobernador’ tacos with generous lashings of pico de gallo being an all-time favourite.

A Margarita made with love 

The recipe:

An exclusive ‘Hibiscus’ margarita cocktail was made just for Valentines;

·      35ml Cabrito Reposado Tequila

·      12.5ml Triple sec

·      25ml Fresh Lime Juice

·      10ml Jamaica Hisbiscus

All ingredients shaken and strained into a tumbler (rim salted) and garnished with lime wedges and a strawberry.

Running Lupita’s restaurant social media, with multiple happenings for the special day, all posts had the hashtag #LupitaLoves which was a simple yet effective way to link the posts in the lead up to the day! Also a great way to track Lupita’s restaurant social media, and monitor any Interactions and engagements. Most importantly, a campaign hashtag is one of the ways that we can quantify the success of the campaign which is key to directing our future strategy with others.
