The legendary Rowley Leigh has been announced as the first guest chef collaborator at Parabola, the new restaurant from Prescott & Conran opening at the Design Museum in Kensington on November 24th.

A regularly changing menu designed by Leigh will be available every evening from November 28th until the end of January. The menu will include the iconic dishes through which he made his name at Kensington Place and Le Café Anglais. Leigh will also be hosting a series of dinners during the eight week run with some of his well known chef friends.

After Rowley it will be the turn of Valentine Warner who will take us through the late winter and into early spring with a menu of some of his favourites.

Further chefs and food writers currently signed up to be part of the series include: Jeremy Lee, James Ramsden (Pidgin) and Stephane Reynaud with further names to be announced in December.

Tickets for Rowley Leigh’s residency go on sale on November 1st.
