An expert on all things sake related, Shoryu Ramen’s Sake sommelier Mimi Tokumine gave her top tips on sake tasting for the Mr Hyde newsletter and GQ.com to mark 1st October being World Sake Day, whilst Metro UK included a Sake Ichigo Mojito Fizz cocktail recipe on its Hot List Food page to celebrate one of Japan’s most famous exports. To top of the week, Shoryu Ramen’s signature ramen noodle soup made a special appearance in a feature on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch TV programme.
