Shoryu Ramen, the London based group from the team behind Japan Centre, has appointed Me:Mo to handle all press activity, manage social media output, support marketing outreach and develop digital content ideas for media syndication. Shoryu Ramen launched in late 2012 and specialises in Hakata tonkotsu ramen, which originates from the city of Fukukoka, on the southern island of Kyushu.
