Japanese entrepreneur Tak Tokumine launched Shoryu Ramen in 2012 and three years later he has four sites in London with a new site about to open in Broadgate Circle. In an article Me:Mo secured between Tak and Elizabeth Anderson from The Telegraph he explained how he expects revenue to double this year as Britons love for Asian cuisine continues to grow. “We serve 1,000 bowls of ramen noodles a day, and that is rising. British people were waiting for these quality, authentic noodles. British people are very enthusiastic about food and are adventurous about trying a new product.” Tak says.
