Following the successful arrival from across the pond last Summer, West London’s must-visit American hot spot, Sunday in Brooklyn on Westbourne Grove has unveiled its Christmas pop-up plans alongside an all-new winter cocktail offering featuring fifteen seasonally inspired and suitably playful creations, ensuring you step into the festive spirit with your best foot forward.

Drawing in a London-wide crowd as well as its loyal neighbourhood following, the cosy winter wonderland scene, named Snowday in Brooklyn, will be hosted on the ground floor of the main restaurant.  Designed to capture you and your imagination upon arrival, be prepared to settle in and browse the menu for something thirst-quenching or heart-warming for the perfect aperitif before grabbing your table for dinner.

A taste of things to come:

  • GRINCH DON’T KILL MY VIBE – a bracing and winter fresh slow sipper packed with mischief including Mezcal, Pisco, Menthe, Cacao, Douglas Fir, Patchouli.
  • HOT FOR SANTA – a next-level Hot Toddy with smoke, spice and bite. Mezcal, Krupnik Honey, Cassis, Hot Apple Cider, Ginger Beer, Lime, Horseradish. Sure to blast away any lurking colds!
  • DUDE, WHERE’S MY SLED? The Double-Black Diamond of Gimlets made with Japanese Gin, Calvados, Apple, Basil, Celery, Porcini, Blueberry, Lime, Absinthe. An herbaceous umami-baum!

As well as an all-star cast of new cocktails, there are new American-inspired dishes appearing on the menu.  Following rave reviews and increasing demand, the absolute must-have malted pancakes will now be available on the new dinner menu (as well as remaining a firm favourite at brunch).  Steeped in hazelnut maple praline and topped with brown butter, they’re available as single, double or triple stacks depending on hunger levels.

Whether you’re a West London local or making the trip across town, you’re guaranteed a good time with a Snowday in Brooklyn.
