In the lead up to Shrove Tuesday there was a lot of conversation within the Me:Mo office as to how to create the perfect pancake. We decided that the only way to sort it would be to call on Bruno Zoccola, owner of Valentina Fine Foods, to find out what tips he had up his sleeve. We were pleased that The Metro was interested in Bruno’s tips also and in an article published on Monday included advice that the batter should have the consistency of double cream – thanks Bruno!
On top of this great press, proving the effect of good restaurant PR, Me:Mo also secured coverage for Valentina in The Sunday People with in the ‘My Perfect Day’ column. Bruno divulged on what, in a fantasy world, he’d do, finishing up with a meal and plenty of wine at one of his restaurants!
