As an Account Manager, you will oversee a collection of our restaurant projects – both groups and individual sites – managing respective team members depending on the brief, and delivering on our campaign plans, which usually involve a combination of services.
The role is ideally suited to someone who has either agency experience, or an in-house background in PR, Social Media or Marketing, but we are open to serious foodies who have managerial or strong FOH experience, who want to make a career move. You will have to be extremely organised and confident managing both clients and team members and be comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment where multi-tasking is essential.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years professional experience, be extremely socially media savvy, highly literate and have a hawk-like eye for detail. An ability to create content – either visually or through copy – is preferred, and any experience with journalists, influencers or other media relations is useful. Demonstrating marketing experience specific to our sector will also be an advantage.
