We’re growing – and we’re on the lookout for brilliant new talent to join our Client Services team.

If you’re commercially sharp, strategically minded, and have a passion for all things hospitality, this one’s for you.

At MeMo, we work with some of the UK’s most exciting restaurant brands, creating bold, beautiful campaigns that actually drive results – from full houses and longer dwell time, to loyalty sign-ups and repeat bookings. Our campaigns span PR, social, digital, CRM, and content – always tailored, always insight-led, and always with hospitality at the heart.

Now, we’re looking for Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to help us take it even further.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after commercially focused client leads – people who know what makes a campaign perform and who can manage relationships confidently from day one.

This role is ideal for someone who’s worked in-house at a restaurant group or hospitality brand, or has relevant agency experience with hospitality clients.

You’re someone who:

  • Thinks strategically and can spot opportunities for growth
  • Has a strong grasp of marketing across social, PR, digital, and content
  • Is confident with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SevenRooms, OpenTable, ResDiary
  • Understands how to connect the dots between a creative idea and a solid ROI
  • Can lead projects, collaborate with multiple teams, and guide junior team members
  • Brings energy, initiative, and a love for hospitality to everything they do

 

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be managing client relationships day-to-day, leading integrated campaigns across key channels, and working closely with our PR, digital, social, and creative teams.

Your goal? Making sure everything lands brilliantly — and drives results. Think footfall, bookings, conversion, spend per head – the works.

You’ll also:

  • Shape commercial strategy alongside clients
  • Use data and insight to steer decisions
  • Report on campaign performance
  • Pitch new ideas and opportunities for growth
  • Help keep our Client Services team sharp, smart, and supportive
