Atis x Wahaca: Bold flavour meets feel-good food

This summer, atis has teamed up with the iconic Wahaca and its co-founder, chef and sustainable food pioneer Thomasina Miers, for a vibrant new menu collaboration that brings a burst of Oaxacan-inspired sunshine to the atis table. 

The Wahaca Mexicana landed on the atis menu earlier this June: a limited-edition plate designed to energise, nourish and celebrate the bold flavours both brands are known for. Think smoky mojo chicken, zingy chipotle lime dressing, and Thomasina’s signature chopped salad with pink slaw, baby spinach and spring onion, all served with crunchy Blanco Niño chipotle tortillas for texture in every bite.  

Created in partnership with Thomasina Miers, a long-time champion of sustainable, flavour-forward cooking, this new dish is rooted in both brands’ shared values: bold ideas, big taste, and a conscious approach to seasonal eating. 

Commenting on the collaboration, atis co-founder Eleanor Warder said:

Topped off with a fresh salad and flavourful side pot, this is more than just a new menu addition – it’s a seasonal celebration of colour, craft and conscious eating.
