 Not content with merely satisfying palates, Pizza Pilgrims is proud to announce its collaboration with Grass Roots regenerative beef, a testament to the pizzeria’s commitment to sustainability. By utilising regenerative farming methods, Grass Roots beef reduces carbon emissions by an impressive 52% compared to traditional farming practices.

Through a meticulous “Lasagna crawl” of Bologna’s finest restaurants, they delved into the heart of what defines the quintessential lasagna experience: slow-cooked ragu, velvety béchamel infused with freshly grated nutmeg, and a satisfyingly crunchy gratin top.
