InterContinental London Park Lane: A New Era of Storytelling at No.1

Set at the historic address of No.1 Park Lane, InterContinental blends timeless elegance with modern luxury, offering guests an experience rooted in heritage, hospitality, and high-end comfort. With Chef Theo Randall at the helm of its celebrated Italian restaurant, the hotel’s food and drink credentials are just as exceptional as its setting.

In late 2022, we were appointed for a three-month brief: revamp the hotel’s organic social presence and bring its online storytelling into the now. The goal? Make InterContinental London Park Lane feel as inspiring on Instagram as it is in real life.

What started as a short-term project evolved into a long-term partnership, and the results speak for themselves.

In one year, we delivered:

  • A +400% increase in organic engagement
  • A 14.2% Instagram engagement rate, up by over 1,400%

Our strategy focused on three key pillars:

  • Lo-fi, video-first Content
  • Collaborations with impact
  • Social-first thinking

 

The outcome? A feed that feels less like a hotel brochure and more like a living, breathing experience—rooted in luxury, but never out of reach.
