Being an agency that specialises in press, marketing and all things social means there’s not much we love more than when a restaurant of ours secures coverage with big media titles and influencers. Don’t cringe, but the feeling we get is full of excitement, plenty of pride, and a tiny bit of relief – it’s just wonderful when a restaurant gets the recognition that we, as an agency, truly know it deserves in the press.
Let us tell you how things went recently!
The worst kept secret is out for the Secret Sandwich Shop, securing lots of loud coverage from the likes of one of our favourite influencers – KS_ate_here, describing the sandwiches as ‘farking glorious’! Conde Nast Traveller called it one of the best sandwiches in London, Ooh Magazine made sure their people knew about its opening (as ‘secret’ as they may have wanted it to be!), and House of Coco and About Time got in there too.
Hilton had their moment with Cha Siu Paper Times, sharing insight on the exciting plans yet to come this year. Plans including their sustainable partnerships with South Pole Group – to decrease carbon emissions, and Lime Bike – to increase the use of bikes to travel around London.
Maple&Co let Sheerluxe in on their tip in how to make salads more interesting and less boring – simple tricks on garnish and dressings is the way forward! As well as the founder, Adria Wu, opened up to Big Hospitality about all things cooking and personal – from her experiences as a chef, to pet peeves to what she’d eat as her last meal.
Galvin at Windows let Luxury London know of its fifteenth birthday five-course celebratory menu. The menu took guests on a nostalgic journey through the restaurant’s history; the dishes from each course were created by one of the five head chefs that shaped the kitchen over the last fifteen years. Head Chef Marc Hardiman also sat down with the likes of Luxuriate Life and Luxury Lifestyle Magazine for a chat about chef life and working at a world-renowned restaurant.
