Oblix has partnered with Jo Vodka for the brand’s first restaurant collaboration, introducing the Love Through the Senses cocktail menu. Now live and running until Sunday 1st March, the limited-edition menu features three exclusive cocktails created to reflect Jo Malone CBE’s transition from fragrance founder to spirits entrepreneur.
In July 2025, Jo Malone CBE entered the super-premium vodka market with the launch of Jo Vodka. Known globally for her work in fragrance, she applies her experience of synaesthesia, the ability to translate scent into mood and memory, to spirits, shaping each vodka around a distinct emotional and sensory profile.
Developed with Jo Vodka and Oblix Global Head of Bars Eva Kovacikova, the menu comprises three serves:
Held Close
Jo Vodka 101 The Purist, clarified pear, rue berry cordial, orange blossom
The First Spark
Jo Vodka 102 Bohemian, clarified yuzu and grapefruit cordial, pink peppercorn syrup, vetiver liqueur, foamer, bergamot bubble
After The Music
Jo Vodka 103 The Artist, neroli, blackcurrant and hibiscus, jasmine, Champagne
Each cocktail incorporates a subtle theatrical element, including a tableside orange blossom mist, a guest-released bergamot bubble, and a slow infusion designed to evolve as the ice melts.
Alongside the drinks menu, Oblix Head Chef Felix Petrucco has created a New York-inspired Valentine’s offering across both restaurants.
At Oblix East, the £99 per person menu includes sharing starters, mains and desserts, with dishes such as tuna tartare with avocado and Sardinian bread, and grilled striploin with chipotle béarnaise.
Oblix West offers a three-course menu at £135 per person, or £195 for window seating, featuring seared beef carpaccio with black truffle and mustard dressing, signature Oblix pepper steak, and cedar black cod with pickled onion and jalapeño.
