It’s been a busy week for food and drink PR at Me:Mo towers, with lots of lovely coverage for our clients.

New kid on the block, X-Upper, opened its doors to the public over the weekend and it’s fair to say it’s proving to be popular! As well as the launch night, which saw over 30 press and influencers visit to sample the menu, we’ve been working hard to secure ongoing launch announcements and menu reviews in press. Since then we’ve seen a steady stream of coverage generated by the food and drink PR team from the likes of One Hungry AsianFoodTravelInspired, London On The InsideJust Opened London and many many more. If you haven’t been there yet, make sure you go soon as it’s awesome!

Coverage has continued to appear for Yauatcha City, and the Talisker Terrace, with a lovely review from Londonist. The terrace has a beautiful selection of whisky cocktails, served alongside the signature dim sum. It’s open for a couple more months, so stop by next time you are in the Liverpool Street area.

Ichiba is introducing evening talks and masterclasses around all things Japan. From sake and rice talks, through to Katsu and Takoyaki making masterclasses, customers can pop down to experience a number of different fun and interesting activities. They are also launching a ‘kids corner’ which includes origami and calligraphy masterclasses to keep the kids happy and busy while parents whizz round and shop. Ichiba also has a kids menu, so the whole family can enjoy lunch after activities. On In London are looking forward to rolling their sleeves up and joining the katsu masterclass. You can see all upcoming evening events and buy tickets on Design My Night.

One of our favourite Soho joints, Japes, has been in the news this week, with their Chicago style pizza pies, as part of a Pie Week round up in About Time. Japes is the only restaurant in London to serve Chicago style pizza pies, and we may be biased but we think they’re really on to something!

All in all, it’s been a busy week at Me:Mo for food and drink PR. If you are a restaurant thinking of getting some press support check out our services page and get in touch to chat to the team!
