Freedom Day has come and gone and we have had a busy July over at Me:Mo HQ seeing London come back to life in full force. Take a look at some of the brand new openings, including Sachi at Pantechnicon, that our press team have been working hard on!

We have been working on one of the biggest restaurant launches of the year; Sachi at Pantechnicon. This Japanese and Nordic inspired ground-floor restaurant has been added to the impressive fold of restaurants, cafes and shops at Pantechnicon Belgravia. First things first, check them out on both The Infatuation and London on the Inside list of London’s Best New Restaurant Openings last week where you can read all about what to expect on the menu.

With the Olympics well under way, what better way to celebrate than sipping on Japanese cocktails and sake before sampling some of the best Sushi in the Capital. The Resident know what it’s all about and featured Sachi in there list of fab Japanese restaurants to try while the Olympics are on.

Over at Sakaya, Pantechicon’s Japanese Whisky and Sake bar, and The Spectator were also spreading the Olympic spirit with their round-up on the Best Japanese food in London. Read all about Sakaya’s exclusive Tokyo 1964 cocktail made with Grand Marnier, lemon juice and Hibiki blend whisky. SquareMeal also included Sakaya in their round-up of the Best Fine Wine Shops in London highlighting the huge selection of sakes the bar has to offer.

Just a stone’s throw away in Notting Hill and also heavily influenced by Japanese food culture, Secret Sandwich Shop is serving up the best Wanpaku sandwiches in the City and the Metro know all about and celebrated freedom day in style. Hot Dinners also included in their round-up of The Best Sandwiches in London and we can’t say we disagree…

That’s it for this week! Give us a follow on LinkedInTwitter and Instagram for more from the Me:Mo press team. If you want to find out more about the our restaurant PR agency or any of our other services, get in contact, we love a chat.
