If you’re in need of a hearty bowl of warming carbs with a side of wholesome content and lots of furry friends, look no further than Julius Roberts from @telltalefoods. Leaving London and the Noble Rot in 2017, Julius started the journey towards self-sufficiency on his idyllic country farm in Suffolk. For the past four years, Julius has been cultivating the land and creating accessible, seasonal recipes using the freshest produce of the moment.
His speciality is freshly made pasta of all shapes and sizes with a healthy helping of greens from the garden, anchovies, garlic, and cheese. Delicious.
It’s been quite the year for Ottolenghi recipe developer, Ixta Belfrage. Heavily influenced by her family heritage and the flavours of South America, Ixta is co-author of Yotam’s latest book, Flavour, and has rapidly been rising in popularity due to her exotic, mouth-watering dishes. Last but by no means least, we have Me:Mo’s very own Senior Account Executive, Geri Ko, of @eatxeatxeat.
