At the start of 2025, we were brought on to manage the content and social media strategy across five platforms for THE PIG Hotels, each facing the unique challenge of attracting large and diverse audiences with distinct demographic profiles. Over the course of four months, we adapted and refined tailored strategies for each channel, being Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, while also initiating and beginning a long-form, high-resolution content approach on YouTube, focusing on the hotels Kitchen Garden and 25 Mile Menu unique selling points.
A key priority was to clearly communicate THE PIG’s identity as ‘restaurants with rooms,’ highlighting not only their stays offering but also the exceptional quality of their dining experiences for both locals and visitors across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With nine hotels nationwide, we ensured balanced visibility for each location, while strategically directing additional focus to those requiring increased bookings for both their restaurants and accommodations.
The social media strategy underwent a comprehensive overhaul, focusing on targeted, clean and aspirational lo-fi content creation and storytelling to effectively cover all core pillars with focus on their team, their 25 Mile Menu, Kitchen Garden, unique, historical locations and hotels, all in a relaxed, approachable and friendly tone.
