As winter makes its graceful exit, our client Shoryu Ramen is thrilled to announce the launch of its annual Hanami celebration, a homage to Japan’s cherished tradition of welcoming spring with open arms with their latest Cherry Blossom Cocktails.
At the heart of Shoryu’s Hanami celebration lies a carefully curated selection of cocktails – the perfect way to welcome the buds of spring. Leading the charge is the Cherry Blossom Path, priced at £10 this delightful fusion of sake and Japanese green rum, accentuated by subtle notes of strawberry, almond, and cherry blossom promises to transport guests to the landscapes of Japan’s cherry blossom season.
For those opting for a non-alcoholic option, the Red Kimono offers a sweet indulgence. Combining the refreshing flavours of strawberry, almond, and cherry blossom with crisp soda water and a charming strawberry rim, priced at £6.50 this mocktail is the perfect companion for toasting to the season ahead.
These cocktails are best enjoyed with a bowl of Shoryu classic ramen, including the beloved Shoryu Ganso Tonkotsu, Kotteri Hakata Tonkotsu and Piri Piri Tonkotsu. Additionally, guests can explore other non-ramen options such as Chicken Katsu Curry, Pumpkin Croquette Curry, a selection of Bao Buns or delicious Donburi.
