We’re Hiring: Social Media Managers

We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team, someone who lives and breathes social, understands hospitality, and knows how to turn creative storytelling into meaningful brand impact.

 

The Role:

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Social Media Manager will play a central role in shaping and delivering best-in-class social media strategies across our client portfolio.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to a social-first thinker with a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and a natural flair for creative copywriting that stops the scroll. You’ll lead the day-to-day management of social accounts, from strategy and content planning to client communication and performance reporting.

Working closely with Social Media Content Creators, Designers, and Client Services, you’ll ensure campaigns are creatively ambitious, strategically sound, and flawlessly executed. You’ll also be a trusted partner to clients, confidently guiding them through platform trends, content decisions, and performance insights.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Strategies: Lead social media strategies for clients in collaboration with Client Services, Social Media Content Creators and Design Team where needed

  • Social Media Output: Manage social media content calendars, from grid planning to copywriting to hashtag strategy, ensuring all content is scheduled using Sprout

  • Client Management: Keep our customers informed and inspired, leading on client comms in relation to social media through regular client meetings, updates and proactive communication

  • Industry Obsessed: Demonstrate a passionate and understanding of both the hospitality space and ever evolving trends and platform updates in the social space. Contribute to agency development by sharing and suggesting trends, content formats and alternative applications

  • Creative: Work with Social Media Content Creator to deliver industry leading creative campaigns. Support in writing shoot briefs with specs for social campaigns to build brand messaging that will be rolled out to achieve wider campaign/client objectives

  • Organised & Efficient: Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work with quick turnaround times

  • Analytical: Continually monitor and track social media performance and analytics for all posts and frequently find ways to improve on those metrics by testing new approaches and formats

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally within an agency or hospitality-focused brand

  • A deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, and performance metrics

  • Strong copywriting skills with a clear creative voice and attention to tone

  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities

  • Confidence managing client relationships and leading conversations around performance and strategy

  • A genuine passion for hospitality, restaurants, and social-first storytelling

  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to get stuck in at every level
