Crosta Mollica Presents ‘Collezione Romana’

This September, Crosta Mollica unveiled Collezione Romana – a new range of 32cm wood-fired sourdough pizzas, hand-crafted in Italy and slow-proved for 24 hours. Each pizza in the collection celebrates Italy’s most iconic regions, all built on a Romana base – thin and crisp with a golden, leopard-spotted cornicione. Every recipe tells a story of place, produce and tradition.

PORTOFINO

Inspired by the iconic coastal town of Portofino, known for its pastel-hued houses and fresh, colourful cuisine, this is a refined take on the margherita, featuring Fior di Latte and Mozzarella Di Bufala, along with a basil sauce to be added after cooking for additional layers of flavour.

BOLZANO

Inspired by the picturesque city of Bolzano, known as the gateway to the Dolomites, this pizza draws on the hearty, bold flavours of traditional Alpine cooking, featuring rich salsiccia sausage, sweet-savoury balsamic red onions and fragrant rosemary.

BOSCO DI ALBA

This rustic yet indulgent pizza is a tribute to the truffles that flourish in the Piedmont region of Northerm Italy, pairing fragrant summer truffles with grilled mushrooms and a garlic cream sauce.
