Marylebone based Cavita brings the vibrant heritage of Mexican cuisine to London. Established in 2022, this is Chef Owner Adriana Cavita’s first solo venture in the UK. With heavy influence from her heritage and subsequent travels around Mexico, the menu celebrates simple cooking methods and elevated twists on street food classics.

Our role was to secure ongoing press coverage. We sought out key features such as chef profiling including comment opportunities, reviews, evergreen listicles and further opportunities for Adriana, from TV features to event collaborations. A recent campaign has been the relaunch of the downstairs bar – El Bar de Cavita – where we brought in press for the launch, invited industry contacts to the pre-launch party and outreached for reviews in the opening weeks.

To position Adriana Cavita as one of the top female chefs in London we secured coverage in key publications, as well as significant profiling opportunities included a partnership with Fortnum & Mason and an appearance on Sunday Brunch on Channel 4.
