InterContinental London Park Lane is a luxury 5-star hotel located at No.1 Park Lane – an iconic location rooted in history. The hotel also boasts an incredible Food & Beverage, with Head Chef Theo Randall (former River Café) heading up his eponymous restaurant since 2006.

We were appointed for an initial 3-month project to revamp the hotel’s organic social media presence. Our mission was to implement a strategic, social-first content approach, with a focus on Lo-Fi video content creation.

 

After a year of working together, the results were outstanding:

  • Organic Engagement increased by 400%.
  • Engagement Rate on Instagram soared to 14.2%, a growth of +1,400%.

 

Key Strategies to achieve those results were:

  • Video-First Content: Leveraged the power of engaging, Lo-Fi video content to capture authentic moments and experiences within the hotel, bringing personable and story-led content to the feed.
