With Chef Theo Randall at the helm of its celebrated Italian restaurant, the hotel’s food and drink credentials are just as exceptional as its setting.
In late 2022, we were appointed for a three-month brief: revamp the hotel’s organic social presence and bring its online storytelling into the now. The goal? Make InterContinental London Park Lane feel as inspiring on Instagram as it is in real life.
What began as a short-term project soon evolved into a long-term partnership, delivering transformative results. Over the course of a year, we grew organic engagement fivefold and reached an Instagram engagement rate of 14.2%, up by over 1,400%. The result is a feed that captures the energy of real moments, offering a window into luxury that feels both aspirational and accessible.
