Case Study: Cocotte Hoxton Square launch

Following the success of their Notting Hill site, French rotisserie restaurant, Cocotte, launched their second site on Hoxton Square, enlisting Me:Mo as their social media marketing right-hand man. Tucked away from the buzz of Old Street, this launch would inevitably face a number of hurdles. Merging our social and digital arms, we composed a strategy to take Cocotte through launch and beyond, bringing in the footfall from the high street.

Nailing the paid social media strategy would be the dealbreaker for this launch campaign. Implementing a combined approach to paid social including web traffic campaigns to the Hoxton reservations page and awareness campaigns on Facebook, alongside Instagram boosted content directing users to the profile – all through using targeted local Shoreditch audiences. We created a buzz in the local area and beyond, and engaged those audiences with launch competitions and designed social media posts. We took our paid marketing to the next level with unique booking source tracking links to be able to deduce reservations made directly from our ads to determine an instant Return on Ad Spend.
