Pizza express who? Alley Cats put their own twist on nostalgic dough balls and served it a burnt chilli butter made in collaboration with Thomas Straker’s and his brand All Things Butter. Alley Cat’s Head Chef Francesco Macri and Thomas Straker have worked together on this limited-time serve which features All Things Butter’s rich, salted butter infused with confit garlic, burnt red chilli, fresh parsley, parmesan, lemon zest, and a touch of black pepper.
